Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to most countries around the globe. To check if we deliver to where you live, please fill in your address on the checkout page. This will also give you an idea how much you are paying for your delivery.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Sale, Black Friday or similar events.

We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. We also send u a track & trace link so u can follow your shipment.

Please note there can be a delay in our couriers' tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you've received an email saying your order's been sent, but it's not showing up on their system, don't panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.

For deliveries outside of the EU you may need to pay customs or import duties once the order reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is out of our hands.

Conditions of return

To apply for our return policy check the relevant section on this page and follow the instructions. However, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.

The item(s) must be returned as a whole, before returning item(s) we require u to contact us first so we can determine if the item(s) needs to be shipped back to us or not. Item(s) will not be accepted if they are returned without contacting us first.

We refund every order within 30 days (no questions asked) as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as when they where shipped (normal working conditions). Item(s) will not be accepted if they are returned without contacting us first.

If our item(s) don't work as described you are eligible to send them back within 60 days after delivery. Item(s) will not be accepted if they are returned without contacting us first.

If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original payment method used to pay for the item(s). As long as you send the item(s) back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, We will refund your order within 14 days after receiving the item(s). Cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Complaints

We trie our best to ensure that you do not have any complaints – in the rare occasion that you do, please contact our Customer Services team who will try and resolve any issues. If we can't resolve your issue within 8 weeks or you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can seek free and independent resolution from the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (“ODR Platform”).
